Lisa Wen\u00e5ker has been appointed as the new Global HR Manager for the Rimaster Group. The position is newly established and forms part of Rimaster\u2019s strategic focus on talent development and leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lisa Wen\u00e5ker holds a Master\u2019s degree in Human resource management and Work Sciences from Link\u00f6ping University and has worked in HR since the early 2000s, including roles at ABB\/Alstom. Most recently, she served as HR Director at Tekniska Verken, which is Link\u00f6ping\u2019s municipal energy company.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor me, the strategic link between HR work and a company\u2019s overall strategy and business plan is key to ensuring a sustainable and successful operation. That\u2019s one of the things that attracted me to Rimaster,\u201d says Lisa Wen\u00e5ker.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a clear commitment to issues around talent development and leadership, and it\u2019s evident that employees are viewed as a vital asset and part of the business. My impression is that Rimaster has done a great job regarding HR at board and management level, and I look forward to building on that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lisa also sees challenges as well as great potential ahead:<\/p>\n

\u201cRimaster operates in many different countries and cultures, which naturally brings certain cultural challenges \u2013 but that\u2019s also what makes it exciting. I find that Rimaster has a strong shared culture, combined with a genuine respect for diversity. That\u2019s a real strength.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lisa Wen\u00e5ker will assume her role on 2 June and will be part of Rimaster\u2019s global management team.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m really looking forward to joining the Rimaster leadership team and to contributing to the strong collaboration with the board. It will also be incredibly exciting to familiarise myself with a new industry.\u201d<\/p>\n
