We want the knowledge that exists in our immediate area to be useful in practice - locally, regionally, nationally and also internationally. It creates the conditions for sustainable growth. Cooperation at different levels of education is an important part of this.
Our ambition is to build long-term relationships with educational institutions at every level, from elementary school to university.
One example of this is our long-term collaboration with HELIX Competence Centre at Linköping University, within the project “Coordinated Management – leadership and managerial work in a distributed and resource restricted organization”.
